Nope,
But Gen. James T. Conway, Commandant of the US Marine Corps has ordered a review of a valor case that, if approved, would result in the first award of the Medal of Honor in the war on terrorism to a living recipient.
The Marine has not been named, all that is known, is he is at Camp Pendleton. Are there any ACTIVE DUTY military members with the Medal of Honor?
Everyone here is wrong. The is 1 active duty Soldier who received the medal of honor. His name is Colonel Gordon R. Roberts. He currently is assigned to Walter Reed Army Medical Center. I included a link to see his biography.

Due to the time it takes to process the paperwork for a Medal of Honor, many service members who earn it are out of the service by the time they even get it. Also, as far as I know the few Medals of Honor that have been rewarded for OIF/OEF have been posthumous.
